Established 2015: IHOOT Real Estate Division Began. Deeded properties are donated and transferred to IHOOT for use with Vacations for Vets.

Established 2014: Vacations for Vets joined Wyndham adding 120+ resorts.

Established 2013: IHOOT Charity Golf Tour was created to support the IHOOT Vacations for Vets Program. The 2016 Tour began in August at the Indian Hills Country Club in Marietta, Georgia. 

Established 2012: Holiday Inn Resorts charitable giving began adding 10+ premium locations.

Established 2010: Worldmark Charitable Giving Program Began. Added over 60 new locations.

Established 2008:Lawrence Welk Resorts charitable giving began adding 20+ locations.

Established 2007:Shell Vacations Clubs began adding 25+ new resorts.

Established 2006: IHOOT CEO introduced Vacations for Vets to the nation beginning with the Atlanta Rotary and Chamber of Commerce.

Established 2005: Hilton Grand Vacations Clubs joined Vacations for Vets providing Orlando and Las Vegas villas and condominiums.

Established 2004: The Vacations for Vets Program was established in association with the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).

Established 2003: The Warrior Transition Program provided jobs in the Food and Beverage Industry.

Established 2003: The IHOOT Golf Classic was the first event established as a fundraiser and therapy for Wounded Veterans. Golf creates awareness of the challenges that military, veterans and their families face during the transition from able-bodied Warriors to normal life, sometimes permanently disabled.

Established 2002: The IHOOT Enclave Project was established by Philip Strambler, himself a Viet Nam era Marine Corps Officer and a Director with Morale, Welfare & Recreation at Walter Reed Army Medical Center.  IHOOT provided housing for Wounded Veterans and their families during rehabilitation and therapy from war injuries.
